Our story
Founded to make property ownership straightforward
Les Maison's Investment Ltd — incorporated in Nigeria under RC 673292 — was established to close the trust gap that too often surrounds property transactions. Buyers were being asked to commit life savings on the strength of a verbal promise, an unverified survey and a payment plan that changed halfway through.
We took the opposite position. Every asset we bring to market is documented before it is offered. Every price, milestone and obligation is written down. Every client is assigned a named point of contact who stays with the file from first enquiry to final title document.
That discipline has carried us from land sales into full property development, facility management and investment advisory — serving individual buyers, diaspora investors, cooperatives and corporate clients.
